The Charlotte B. Ware collection contains professional materials, printed materials, manuscripts, correspondence, photographs, artwork, and memorabilia.

Professional materials include files pertaining to agriculture and family life; biographical information pertaining to Ware; a ledger pertaining to gifts received from 1904; and subject files pertaining to Massachusetts Agriculture, Free Masons, and agriculture work from the late 1850s to the 1940s.

Printed materials include a flyer for the Warelands Dairy School (1911) and a leaflet of the “Portrait of a Lady at the Warelands (1907).

Manuscripts include an essay titled “Warelands Dairy School” as well as a poem titled “Thanksgiving” (1942) by Robert Ware and one untitled piece.

Correspondence includes a file titled “MIS Clinic” (1868-1944) and letters from the 1923 to 1934, which include notable Lou Henry Hoover.

Photographs include prints pertaining to Wareland Dairy Farm (1905-1947) and one album pertaining to Wareland Farmhouse.

Artwork contains paintings of the Ware Farmstead from 1910 to 1915 and watercolor prints pertaining to the country home in Norfolk, MA owned by the Wares.

Memorabilia includes convention pins and a linen pouch.
