The Jonathan Escott collection includes manuscripts, printed materials, and correspondence.

Published works include A Little War in Sarawak (Harper and Row, 1973), Landfill in Sefton Carey (Robert Hale, 1976), The Shadow of Katie (Robert Hale, 1977), The Shallow Grave (Robert Hale, 1977), A Walk in Dead Man’s Wood (W.H. Allen, 1978), A Clutch of Vipers (Harper and Row, 1979), The Gospel Lamb (Harper and Row, 1980), Meet Mrs. Piercey (Robert Hale, 1980), An Uprush of Mayhem (Tichnor and Fields, 1982), and Corporal Smithers, Deceased (St. Martin’s, 1984). Manuscripts also include short fiction, poetry, and drama by Escott.

Printed materials consist of published ficiotn by Escott which appeared in Woman’s Realm, Woman’s Own, and My Weekly magazines between 1971 and 1975.

Correspondence consists of professional letters written between 1971 and 1974 to Mary Irvine of Woman’s Realm magazine.
