Scope:
The Naomi Jacob collection includes manuscripts, correspondence, printed materials, and a scrapbook.

Manuscripts for full-length works in the collection include What's To Come, Gollantz Partners, Great Black Oxen, Me and the Stags, Flavia, Three Men and Jennie, Long Shadow, Prince China, Me-En Route, Strange Beginning, Search for a Background, and Me – Yesterday and Today. Collected essay manuscripts include "Scenarios," "Sentiment and Sentimentality," "Here It Is," "A Dinner Party at the County," and "Memories of the North of England." Additional manuscript items include various notes and articles, as well as the introduction to Me and the Swans.

Correspondence in the collection chronicles Jacob’s exchanges from 1946 to 1947 (some in Italian), and 1956 to 1963.

The collection's printed materials include press clippings and theatre programs (1930s-1940s).

A scrapbook contains clippings regarding Jacob (1920-1930s) alongside occasional correspondence.
