Scope:
The Michael McLaverty collection consists of a manuscript titled "Pigeons"; his piece "Uprooted," published in The Dublin Magazine (1956); his piece "Mother and Daughter," published in The Kilkenny Magazine (1965); his piece "The Circus Ring (Pony)," published in Threshold (1967); his piece "Steeplejacks," published in The Irish Press: New Irish Writing (1968); his story "Livets Vatten," published in Svenska (1968); and a copy of the University of London General Certificate of Education Examination, English Language II (1969), containing a section from McLaverty's story "The Wild Duck's West."
