Strauss, Frances (1904-1991)
Scope:
The Frances Strauss collection includes manuscripts, printed material, and  correspondence.

Manuscripts in the collection include several drafts of books and a few short stories, including Some Trial Awaits, Olive Schreiner, Light from the Dark Ages, The Longest Day, Beggar's Choice, Where Did the Justice Go?: The Giles-Johnson Case (1970), The Romantic Prelude, and The Soft Sell of the 12th Century; an epilogue of an untitled work a few short stories, and several unidentified manuscripts.

The collection of printed material includes several articles used as research material for a USIS feature as well as other articles, books, and stories, as well as some museum pamphlets and a photocopies of court case documents used as research material.

Correspondences in the collection consist of several holograph personal notes from "Jayne and Emmett."
