The Language of Literature


This exhibition highlights the Howard Gotlieb Archival Research Center's extensive holdings in literature, featuring works from the masters of poetry, science fiction, biographies, children's literature, mystery novels, religious works, and culinary and nutritional literature.

The exhibition features original material from such writers and authors as Elie Wiesel, Martin Luther King, Jr., Langston Hughes, Robert Frost, Robert Pinsky, Norman Vincent Peale, Dick Lehr, Donald Westlake, Leslie Charteris, H. G. Wells, Arthur C. Clarke, Isaac Asimov, Jacques Pepin, Craig Claiborne, Michael Bond, Edward Sorel, H. C. Robbins Landon, Asa Briggs, and Alistair Horne.

Located in the Howard Gotlieb Archival Research Center on the fifth floor of the Mugar Memorial Library. The exhibition can be viewed during regular office hours, Monday-Friday 9:00 AM -5:00 PM.
