Apr. 26, 1959
Apr. 26, 1959. Running time: 36:59.Hate is an emotion of refuge for the weak and disinherited to isolate themselves from powerful forces. However, hatred is a form of violence and is the last line of defense for personalities under siege. Thurman notes that the modern world is filled with impersonal interactions where genuine kind social interaction between people is rare. Social interaction without fellowship with others sets the seeds of indifference that can lead to hatred. Social interactions must involve our full being or else we isolate our souls.
