Letter from Julius Rosenberg to Emanuel Bloch.
He sends Bloch a statement he drafted, with Ethel's approval, to be distributed by the Committee. He explains his and Ethel's political beliefs and their take on the political situation in America in the last eight years. He then summarizes their experience of the trial and the reasons they were unable to get a fair trial.
